Absolutely fantastic service from Monster Inflatables. The company let me change the bouncy castle a month or so before the booking to a different item and updated my account accordingly, no questions asked.

The team that came and set up on the day were professional and reliable. They packed it all away at the end of the party as well.

Pre booking, all of my questions were answered quickly and with all the information I needed.

Day of delivery, quick and easy set up, I didnt get a call when drivers were on the way as advised which would have been helpful. I did get a call before pick up and again quick and easy collection and pack up.
Speaker was a little bit intermitment due to the bouncing so maybe if this could be set back from the castle it may help?
Overall party was a success children had a blast and I was very pleased with the service provided, would use again and recommend. Thank you

They were really helpful from booking on the phone to arriving, setting up and collecting. The inflatable nightclub was perfect for my sons 16th birthday and would highly recommend.

Hired a white wedding bouncy castle for our big day and was so impressed with the service and product quality - our guests (both young and old) absolutely LOVED it and had so much fun! Really easy to communicate with the company and to arrange the set up/collection so would 100% use them again! Highly recommend :)

We hired a bouncy castle from Monster Inflatables. It was delivered and collected promptly and the staff were polite. Plenty of emails confirming the booking, sending delivery info and payment instructions etc. A nice company to deal with.

I can 100% recommend this company and will definitely be using these again. We hired them for our school fete and they didn't disappoint. I was looking for a selection of soft play and ride ons for my daughters first birthday and monster inflatables was quick to respond to queries, professional and thorough when discussing options on the phone and via email and they did us a great deal on what we wanted.
Delivery / set up was on time and simple and take down / collection was the same.
All in all, very happy with the service, would recommended them and will be using them again.
