Monster Inflatables offer a free cancellation policy to all their customers on all orders.

Terms and Conditions below:

• Inform us by 8:00am on the morning of your hire and there will be no charge applicable.

YES, IT’S TRUE.
There is no charge or questions asked, so long as your booking is cancelled by 8:00 am on the morning of your hire, you will not lose a penny. Be it poor weather, change of party idea or you have simply just changed your mind, you will not be charged.

No charges for bouncy castle and party hire cancellations before 8am on the booking date!

Sometimes things just don't go to plan. Months can be spent arranging a party, making sure the right invites have been purchased, getting that super hero costume or party clothes, making sure the party food is all arranged, the hall is booked or the house is all tidy and ready... Then disaster strikes! The morning of the party you find an outbreak of chickenpox and stricken your family, the weather is tipping down or the venue has been flooded with a burst water pipe.

Life happens and we understand that. You may well have agonised over whether to hire an inflatable playpark or whether you felt they was just getting to the age where a bouncy castle or a fun-run might be better, but when the birthday boy or girl breaks their arm the night before, it becomes an academic point when they can't enjoy it themselves.

Sickness, circumstance and just the way things go sometimes happen to everyone and we certainly do not want to add to anyone's "bad day". If you need to cancel, our Chelmsford bouncy castle hire experts are happy to do so with no questions asked up until 08:00 on the morning of the party. We would rather support you and be helpful than cause further frustration. Making a relationship and building trust is important to us. We believe that if we act fairly and with good grace, that when you're next ready, you'll use us again. Besides, we're not really monsters!
