That’s why we hand pick all the Monster team members to make sure you get exactly what you need. We know how important your child’s birthday party is to you. We understand that 18th and 21st birthdays only come around once in a lifetime. And we know the bride has probably been planning her wedding since she was a little girl. So we work hard and do everything we can to make it memorable for all the right reasons.
Like our main man, Gavin, most of our team have families of their own, so they get it. They know how stressful sorting out a celebration can be, and they do all they can to make your Monster hire as stress-free and simple as possible. We make sure our bouncy castles and party supplies are in perfect condition for you, and we make sure we are with you when you need us.
If you’re not put off by our rouges’ gallery, remember, you can even hire our team to stay and help out, with event staff available for all kinds of gatherings, from fundraisers to festivals.

Our Bouncy Castle and Party Hire Team
Gavin: Director
(Boss Man 1)
Gavin is the founder of Monster Inflatables and does the day to day running of the business. Gavin is a family man himself, having 2 daughters, who themselves., have helped shape Monster as it is today. The logo was co-designed by his wife Charlotte and himself, whilst the the Monster Mascot (Tiggles) was named by his youngest daughter Harriet.

Nick: Director
(Boss Man 2)
Nick and Gavin have been good friends for more than 25 years, and after being approached by Gavin in 2021, Nick joined the business as a co-director. Being a family man, and an already successful businessman, Nick's appointment as a director has helped grow Monster Inflatables faster than we could ever of imagined. Although the foundations were already there, Nick's experience has helped Monster Inflatables leap frog it's industry competitors in less than 2 years.

Reece: Manager
(The man that makes it happen)
Reece joined the team in 2020 as a driver, and has quickly progressed to a Manager. Reece has the passion and drive to make sure all our vans are loaded, prepared and ready to go on the morning of your delivery, and ensures all equipment is clean and safe. Reece has implemented many great ideas to add to the smooth running of Monster Inflatables, and has improved the efficiency of the team. Reece is a keen musician, which reflects in his outgoing and energetic approach to his job.

Sam: Yard Supervisor
(If it's not clean, then it's not going out!)
Sam joined the team early 2021 and again, has very quickly progressed from a driver's mate to Yard Supervisor. His role is ensuring organisation within the yard and, safe guarding the equipment. His conscientious approach to his job, includes making sure all equipment is dried, cleaned, along with assisting our drivers with their deliveries. If you have, or are looking to hire from Monster Inflatables, there is a very good chance you will meet this cheerful and extremely helpful guy.

Lisa: Office
(One of the friendly faces behind the phone)
Lisa joined Monster Inflatables in 2020 as a driver part time, then moved into the office on a full time basis in the summer of 2021. Lisa's experience on the road helps deliver that extra bit of knowledge and customer service on the phones, so if you need to call to book, or you have any queries, she will definitely have the answers.

Charlotte: Office

Charlotte joined the Monster Team in November 2021 as our first full time office assistant. She brought along plenty of knowledge from her previous hospitality role as an events organiser at Colchester based Golf Club.
